«Insomnia Radio Hour» av Tatiana Delaunay
Arbeidsvisning
Fredag 01. november 2024
Sted: Hallen
Velkommen til arbeidsvisning av dramatiker Tatiana Delaunay sin nye tekst!
Winter, night. In a small village, a group of people, each living their own tranquil yet dissatisfied lives, can’t seem to find sleep.
Fortunately, they all tune into Insomnia Radio Hour, a live radio show designed to bore them to death... Or at least, to sleep.
But it turns out the radio host has an agenda of her own.
It is not about entertaining, not about engaging, not about relevance, not about writing well. It is about boredom, care, the opportunity to catch up on sleep, or simply do nothing. It is about plainness and mediocrity and the negative spaces in between in which nothing much happens. It is ambient, non-linear, non-spectacular, anecdotal; an attempt at channelling our time-based medium'sfull potential by creating a temporal landscape.
